Shipping

• Processing time: Orders are processed and packed within up to 3 business days of being placed.
• Delivery estimate: Once shipped, orders arrive within up to 7 business days. This window can run shorter or longer depending on stock availability for the items in your order.
• Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.
• Coverage area: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only — international shipping is on the way.

Returns

• Return window: Returns must be requested within up to 15 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: The product must be intact.
• How to start a return: Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send over instructions.
• Refunds: Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Exchanges follow the same 15-day window and condition requirements as returns. Contact us with your order number and what you'd like to exchange for — if the item you want is out of stock, we'll issue a refund instead.
