RVL Tennis Addicts sells tennis and pickleball apparel and accessories through this Site. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit availability of any product at any time without notice.

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) subject to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe; by placing an order you also agree to Stripe's terms of service for processing your payment.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur; if a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

The RVL Tennis Addicts name, logo, and all site content — including graphics, product designs, text, and images — are the property of RVL Tennis Addicts and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
